Return/Replacement Policy

WhiteWingsStore provides 4 days return policy on all products. Please get in touch with us within 4 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it returned.

If you believe that you have received an Incorrect Item, or if you are facing any issues such as bad fitting, damaged product, manufacturing defect, firstly, we offer our apologies. In that case, you can send an email to within 4 days of receiving the product, so that we can resolve the issue asap.
While sending us an email, please mention order number, attach necessary pictures and videos that may describe the problem better. This will speed up the process.

Once our Customer support Team has investigated and confirmed the same, they will help you with a free replacement or full refund of the amount paid by you in the form of WhiteWings credits.


Refund in case of difference of colors will not be provided. A bit of shade discrepancy is very normal which occurs because of different lights, cameras and screens on which a product is viewed.
Even if you look at the same image on 2 different phone screens, colors will look a bit different.

Refund will only be provided if the product is damaged or if it's not fitting at all.
